Delete your account

You can delete your GoFarming account yourself on web or in the phone app. Follow the steps below. We do not need a separate email form.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in on web or the phone app.
  2. Web: open Profile (Settings menu) → Delete account. Type your password and DELETE.
  3. Phone: open Menu → Settings → Delete account. Confirm with your password.

What we delete

  1. Soft delete (immediate). You are signed out. You cannot sign in. If you are the business owner, the farm and other users on that business are included.
  2. Complete destroy (after 90 days). We keep the records for 90 days so support can restore the account if you ask. After 90 days the account and farm data are permanently destroyed.

To cancel a deletion during those 90 days, contact support from the email you used to register. After 90 days we cannot restore it.
